Program Details
Wrongful acts are defined as any act, error, misstatement, misleading statement omission, neglect or breach of duty committed or attempted by the NAMED INSURED.
Employment Practice means actual or alleged wrongful dismissal, discharge, or termination, misrepresentation, discrimination, unlawful or sexual harassment, wrongful deprivation, failure to promote, wrongful discipline, negligent evaluation, failure to adopt adequate workplace policies, employment related libel, slander, defamation or invasion of privacy
Educational Entity, appointed or Elected Officials, all Employees and Volunteers are considered INSUREDS
